Chapter 1 Overview

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this regulation is to ensure transparency and fairness in transactions between MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd. and cooperative companies (partner companies) and to establish and develop a relationship of mutual trust.

Article 2(Scope of Application)

This regulation applies to all executives and employees of partner companies.

Article 3(Operation of regulations)
  • 1.Executives and employees of partner companies shall receive advice from the ethical management department of MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd. regarding unclear matters in interpreting and implementing these regulations.
  • 2.Representatives of cooperative companies (partner companies) and those in charge of transactions with MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd. confirm that they understand these regulations, and write and submit a pledge to comply with these regulations and the ethical management policy of MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd. Practice this.

Chapter 2 Fair performance of duties

Article 4(Attitude in performing duties)
  • 1.Executives and employees of partner companies handle their work transparently and fairly with MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd.
  • 2.Cooperating companies (partner companies) and their executives and employees pursue joint prosperity based on a relationship of trust with MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd., and do not engage in any actions that violate this purpose.
Article 5(Transparency of transaction relationships)

“To maintain fair transactions, we comply with relevant laws and do not seek economic or non-economic benefits through unfair means.”

Article 6(Prohibitions)

In order to ensure fair and transparent transactions, executives and employees of partner companies cannot suggest, provide, or promise the following to executives, family members, or third parties related to executives and employees of MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd.

  • 1.Financial benefits such as money, oil increases, gifts, gift certificates, etc.
  • 2.Entertainment at unhealthy establishments or entertainment that goes beyond social norms
  • 3.Arrangement and solicitation acts that are an obstacle to the fair performance of work by MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd.
  • 4.Collusion and illegal or secret subcontracting transactions with third parties
  • 5.MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd. Leaks internal information or uses it to pursue profits such as stock investment
  • 6.Conveniences such as providing convenience during business trips, support for personal vacation, or sponsorship for purposes other than work.
  • 7.Providing and obtaining any financial or non-financial convenience using other interests

Chapter 3 Measures in case of violation of regulations

Article 7(Reporting of violations)
  • 1.Executives and employees of partner companies must comply with these regulations, and if they violate or are likely to violate them, they must report it to the ethics management department of MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd. or through an online report according to the internal reporting system.
  • 2.All reported matters and matters related to the reporter's personal information are strictly kept confidential, and no disadvantages are incurred due to reporting.
Article 8(Handling of violations)
  • 1.MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd.'s ethics management department confirms violations of the ethics regulations or conducts investigations into reported violations. In case of violations of the ethics regulations, an appropriate level of warning is issued to the company in question, and a recurrence is issued. Actions such as urging prevention and termination of contracts can be taken.
  • 2.If a partner company or its executives and employees voluntarily report violations of their code of ethics, we will look at the circumstances before and after, take the circumstances into account as much as possible, and strive to maintain a sound partnership.

  • 1.Report processing principles
    • We receive reports of unfair work practices by executives and employees, unfair demands using their positions, and corruption, and handle them in a completely confidential manner.
    • Reporter's information can be reported under real name or anonymously.
    • Slander that is not based on facts or matters related to personal privacy will not be processed.
    • The contents of the report will be investigated by the ethics management department of MJ Vision Tech Co., Ltd. and the results will be notified to the reporter.
  • 2.Report type
    • Receiving money or valuables (money, gifts, gift certificates, etc.)
    • An Act of Entertainment
    • Unfair trade practices
    • Discrimination (unfairness)
    • Leaking of private information
    • Other unethical and illegal activities, etc.
  • 3.How to report

    Complaints of unethical behavior can be reported through letters, emails, web pages, etc., and the subject and reason for reporting must be stated.
